B-24 Electric Keith flies this electric powered B-24 bomber. It uses four cheap speed 400 motors and a 3S 4000mah Lithium Polymer pack for power. The wingspan is 76" and all up weight is less than 4lb. It is hand launched to avoid the expense and weight penalty of retractable gear while keeping the clean lines. To land you just slide it in the grass on the belly.

Tango Turbine Jet The Tango features a RAM 500 turbine engine. This engine turns about 160,000 RPM (that's not a typo - 160,000) and produces 11-12lb of thrust to push the plane about 150mph. Grumman F6F Hellcat Not a model but we did get some nice shots of this rare flying example of the Grumman F6F Hellcat at a local airshow.

AT-6 Texan We got this shot at the same airshow as the F6F Hellcat. The AT-6 was the primary trainer of the armed forces for many years. It makes an excellent model.

P-38 Lightning "PorkyII" You don't see many of these in the air. This is the famous P-38 Lightning designed by Kelly Johnson and his Skunk Works during WWII. It was called the "Forked-Tail Devil" by opposing pilots due to its speed and unusual configuration.
